By Matt Krasny,Reuters|EditorThe eye medical insurance program is set to expire this week.
But if you’re under 18, it’s possible to get a waiver that will pay for an eye surgery for up to $1,200.
This program, known as eye insurance, covers only the cost of the surgery.
For more than two decades, the program has provided coverage to more than 10 million Idahoans.
It covers eye surgery at a private facility in an area with limited medical options, like a private hospital, a hospital emergency room, or a hospital in a remote area.
It also covers emergency room visits at no cost to patients.
You can use the waiver to get the eye surgery and have your insurance pay for the cost if you have insurance, but it’s only available to those who qualify.
The Idaho Department of Health and Human Services announced the expiration of the program on Wednesday.
The program was created in 1992 as a way to provide more affordable coverage to the elderly and disabled, as well as to those with chronic conditions like diabetes.
It’s known for helping many older and disabled people afford their health care costs.
“This is a huge opportunity for those of us who don’t have health insurance, to get coverage and really have our costs covered by the state,” said Stephanie Moller, who lives in Redding, Idaho.
“I’ve worked with eye care for many years and have seen the benefits of this, and I’m so excited about this.”
The eye insurance program, administered by the Idaho Department for Health and Family Services, covers the cost up to the first $3,000 of medical bills.
It also provides coverage for an additional $1 for every $100 in your total medical bills for the first two years, after which the state would cover the rest.
If you qualify for the waiver, you can also have your health insurance company pay the full amount of your eye surgery costs and the state of Idaho would cover any costs for an emergency room visit.
You can also be reimbursed for up and down the years if you need the surgery and/or if you die, which is possible for those who need to have a certain amount of coverage.
It is not known how many people have taken advantage of the waiver program.
The Department of HHS announced the waiver was due to expire on Dec. 31, and Moller said she hopes it will be renewed.
The program was first created in the late 1970s.
If that is not the case, you will be eligible for a second waiver to cover up to one additional eye surgery if you qualify.
This new waiver will last for at least three years, and it does not cover emergency room and emergency room related costs.

If this sounds like something you would like to try, you should also consider signing up for a plan with a health insurance plan from a third party, like Humana, or Kaiser.
The federal health law allows insurers to cover an additional 2% of medical expenses for those with a pre-existing condition or who dont have coverage from an employer.
Obamacare requires insurers to offer an affordable plan to those making less than 133% of the federal poverty level, which in Idaho is $11,670 for a family of four.
The state currently pays for an annual fee of about $1 million to cover these expenses.
To get a health plan from the state, you need to apply online.
The online application is available online in English and Spanish.
The state pays about $300 a month for the program and it is eligible for subsidies that cover about 60% of out-of-pocket expenses.
The federal health care law will cover up for 10% of costs for those making up to 133% and $2,000 for those without insurance.
